Random Aqara Devices "unavailable" in Homey App, but available in Aqara App

Hello to all Homey users and specialists out here,

I have a problem with some of my Aqara gadgets. Some of them are displayed as “unavailable” and marked with a red exclamation mark despite of them being available and fully functioning in the Aqara App.

Furthermore there are some Aqara gadgets not visible in the homey app, but in the Aqara app.

I would like to re-connect the gadgets that are not available in the moment with the homey app. But they are connected via an Aqara M2 Hub which, it seems, I can not re-connect to the Aqara Hub. I just could not find any option, or even “find” the Aqara M2 Hub in the Homey app.

Is there a way to re-connect the problematic gadgets without deleting the whole Hub and re-connecting everything from scratch?

Thanks for every helpful response!

You need to connect your Aqara devices directly via ZigBee, or use a workaround like IFTTT or Google Home to connect the devices in Aqara with virtual devices in Homey.

I have an Aqara M2 and a M3 hub. All my Aqara devices are paired with them. Then i paired the hubs to Homey pro 2023 through Matter and (almost) all devices appear in Homey.
