Question about using 'Now' variable in Push Notification in simple flow

I have a Homey Pro 2019 with amoth others a motion detector for which I have created a flow which triggers when motion is detected. It sends a Push Notification “Motion is detected!” to a specific user.

This works fine, but I need to add a timestamp string to the transmitted text, so it displays “Motion is detected at 2023.07.25 22.13.45”. Which type of a ‘Now’ variable can I use for Push Notification in a simple flow like this…?

First click on the card to show it on a timeline.

Then click on the tag on the right side of the line and then choose Time.
