Publish App for personal use in the Cloud without beeing a Verified Developer

Is it possible to develop and use an app in the cloud for personal use without beeing a verified developer?

I have developed an app for Homey Bridge/Cloud. I can run it om my PC, but to use it without having the PC running, I need it to be published in the cloud.
I’m not a company so I cannot be a Verified Developer.
