Production Issue

I have installed 6kw on grid system (longi 545*11 = 6kw) but it’s production is very low, Although having good irradiance of sun & panels are good washed but didn’t get it’s max output. I have checked each panel one by one and test it’s open circuit voltages which was found correct but when i operate it than it’s closed circuit voltages are less according to it’s rated output voltages. According to longi 545w rated output voltages, it should be 41.80 * 11 = 459.8V but I gets around 370V during peak hours. Also it generates average 18 units daily which gives 3.0 peak hours generation but according to current irradiance sun almost adjacent plants gives on average basis 5.2 peak hours generation. I am attaching some screenshots for better understanding. please help me out in this matter. Thanks.
Note; MPPT Voltages screenshot taken around 6pm (Pak time).

Not Homey related.
But I’d advice to call the installer company.

The maximum power Pmax (545 Wp) is a value determined under laboratory conditions. This value, also called STC (see green frame), has nothing to do with the reality!
A more realistic value is the so-called NOCT value (see red frame). But even these values are only determined under optimal real conditions (orientation, inclination, temperature). As for the temperature: the higher the temperature (in summer!), the lower the performance!

Just my 2 cents.

As @Peter_Kawa already suggested, please contact the specialist company.
