Problems with Futurehome modeswitch

I have a Futurehome modeswitch connected to my Homey that I use a couple of times each day. When I came home earlier today it didn’t start the flow that is supposed to run when pressing one of the buttons. The small blue light lights up as normal when I press a button, but nothing happens. I tried again a few hours later with the other buttons, without any response. It’s a bit suspicious that the app claims that it still has 100 % battery, but I guess that the blue light wouldn’t light up if the battery is dead.

Is there a way to see the last time Homey connected to it? And do anyone have any suggestions on what it might be?

No, that’s not possible.

Have you tried replacing the battery anyway? Maybe it has enough power to power the light, but not enough to send any signals (or maybe with too low antenna power, so Homey can’t receive it)

Unfortunately Bluetooth “is not the best part” of Homey.

Futurehome does not use Bluetooth though, BLE is only used for the Futurehome Charge to change to the Zigbee mode
