I’m having problem with adding Neo Coolcam wall plug NAS-WR01. It seems like it’s having connection to Homey when trying to add it. getting error message “Transmit complete noroute”.
Woundering if the plugs is defective, since i’m getting the same error message on both.
If it’s a new plug, try to reset it by holding the button for about 10 ec (the device will turn off and flash blue light). After that try to add it again. Had something similar in the past and this solved it back then.
This was withe the Z-Wave version, don’t know if it’s the same for the WIFI version)
