Presense detection in iOS 12.0.1 not working properly

Since updating my phone to iOS 12.0.1 last week, I have found that the presence detection is not working properly. Its very erratic, for example just now, I arrived home and it did not show as such, then I opened the Homey app and suddenly it updated and gave me a notification that I was home.

I have checked and the Privacy settings on my phone are set to Always (ie background)

Not sure how to fix this, anyone? or is this a bug in the Homeyt app and iOS 12.0.1 ?

I kind of have the same, but not sure if this happened from latest IOS update. I never have my WIFI on (on my phone) and it sometimes takes a lot of time before Homey finds out I am home… Same for my wife…
