Presence Detection Issue: Different Settings on Two iPhones

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out for some help with a presence detection issue on my Homey Pro. The system correctly recognizes when I am present, but it fails to detect when my wife is home. When I check the settings on both of our iPhones, I notice that we don’t have access to the same parameters, and I can’t figure out why.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I"d like to suggest to try to install the Homey app again, on the phone with the missing “position” option.
This might be obvious, but, I have to mention it:
make sure to start the app, and login at least one time, in order be able to change the location / position settings and such.
