i’m a new user so sorry if this is not the correct way, buth here we go:
i have 2 accounts connected to mu Homey, my own account that is set as owner. And a second account for my wife, set as admin. I can activate the presense detection in the app. On the phone of my wife this menu isn’t available…
What do i do wrong?

Assuming as a new user you bought a Pro2023: maybe the owner can en-/disable presence detection for other users as well?
What are the options at Location / Presence and at Family & Guests?
Hello, yes I am using a hp 23.
My account is set as owner. Under family/guest I can change my wife’s account, so I made her admin. Normally she should get acces to everything. Buth in the phone app, where I have the possibility (under account settings) to enable the presence feature. She simply doesn’t have this option…
Never mind, it solved it self 
I think with an update of the app.
