Hello,

I would like to request support for a Zigbee motion sensor:

• Manufacturer: HOBEIAN
• Product ID: ZG-204Z
• Device type: enddevice (PIR Motion Sensor)
• In Homey it only pairs as “Generic Zigbee device” and does not expose occupancy or battery.

Expected functionality:

• Motion detection (occupancy)
• Battery status
• If possible: sensitivity and keep_time

It does not show up as a motion sensor, so I cannot use it properly in flows. Could you please add support for this device in the Sonoff Zigbee app? Thank you very much!

This seems to be a Tuya Whitelabel device;
Try adding it again after installing the test version of Tuya zigbee app, and cross fingers.

(Tuya tends to use different firmware and device ID’s in exactly the same device models)

How did that go? No success?
If not, did you follow the device request instruction at post 1 of the aforementioned Tuya zigbee app topic?

I tried this. Have the same issues with white label sensors; no luck yet. where can I request the sensors? Motion: TZ-10G-TH_COOLO. door: TZ-P4-G=AT
