Would like an on/off Switch THEN card, this could make flows more compact, something like the bottom card. Or is this suggested already?

Isn’t that the toggle switch? That’s not the same thing as I suggested. If not: No that’s not available for every (lamp) device.
If you show the whole flow, it might also be clear what you mean.
When I see this , it seems that if the flow is true, the lamp should be on and if the flow is not true, the lamp should be off.
I might do that tomorrow.
It looks like you are suggesting a complete redesign of the interface regarding the Then card by requiring two inputs. I very much doubt that will happen just to save one card in a flow.
Not requiring, but optional. And it It’s basically the reverse of the “Is turned on”. It could be added as an extra card. The result would be something like this:
