Notifications rame_limit

Hi,

I have a simple flow which is - on presence detected on a Hue indoor motion sensor, send a notification.
Its not working and I get a rate_limit error when testing.

I have other sensors with the same steps behaving the same way.

I’ve searched but can’t find any references to configurable or account associated limits.
