I found out that you can ask questions in notifications. So I tested that. It worked. I deleted the flow. But every once in a while (day? after force quit or connection loss) I get this notification in the iPad app:
I don’t get it on my iPhone.
I inspected every (!) flow, but the test question is gone. How do I fix this? It’s quite annoying! 
I also restarted the Homey but that didn’t help.
