Ok so over the past few days I’ve noticed a few issues with devices not responding. Tonight nothing works through homey at all. Lights, sensors, plugs ..anything !! ..I’ve restarted, reset to factory and used the backup still nothing. When I go in the app and click items it acts as if it has carried out the command i.e turned lights off, but nothing actually happens ..I thought it may be the ethernet dongle but even on WiFi it’s still the same. Nothing works with voice commands either through Alexa. It’s as if everything has stopped communicating with the homey pro.
Does anyone have a clue as to sorting this out ?

Which devices are not responding? Which Homey apps do the devices use?
All lights, wiz, innr, sensors, sonoff, Aqara, third reality.
95 percent of flows are also not working mostly with devices mentioned above
When you go to More->Apps, does it show any apps as Crashed?
Am I correct, based on your limited information, that the devices you are refering to are all Zigbee devices?
Which Homey model do you have?
If those devices are indeed Zigbee: check whether using a different compatible power adapter for your Homey makes a difference.

It’s the official ethernet adaptor. And it’s set up correctly.
Everything was working fine until the other day and everything just stopped working. As I said in the app everything works as it should but does not transfer to the actual device ..so if I click to the. Lights on the app says ok and it looks as if it’s done what you asked, but in reality nothing happens with the actual device
It’s worth noting that the actual device apps Aqara home, wiz connect and so on still function as they should so it’s not a device issue .. it just doesn’t transfer anything to the homey
