I’m running:
- Homey Protect app 1.9.9
- UniFi Protect 7.1.75
Camera:
Symptoms:
- snapshots work
- detections work
- camera is online
- Protect shows live video correctly
- Homey live view stays black everywhere (mobile app, web app and dashboards)
Other cameras (G6 Turret etc.) work normally.
camera_connection_status = true
camera_recording_status = true
RTSP stream exists.
Re-adding the camera, restarting Protect and Homey app, changing encoding settings and rebooting the NVR do not solve the issue.
Could this be a G6 Instant compatibility issue with Protect 7.1.75?

Please set encoding to ‘Standard’ and install the latest test version.
