Nice Fan4-Control recognized as "Simple Z-Wave Device" on Homey

Hi everyone,

I’ve just installed a Nice Fan4-Control Z-Wave thermostat to manage two electric valves and fan speeds.

When adding it to my Homey, it’s only recognized as a “Simple Z-Wave Device” (generic), so I’m missing all the fan coil specific capabilities. I’m currently using the official Nice for Homey app (by Nice Group).

Does anyone know if an update is planned to support this specific model? Or is there a workaround/community driver available to get full control over the fan speeds?

That’s more a question for the developer, not the community. I can’t find the app you mention in the Homey app store. Usually it has a “support” section in which you van reach out to the developer. It could also have a “community” section which links to the dedicated app topic on this forum.

But there is no official app for Nice devices, so I think @Skalmenar meant the community app

Well, I can try to add this device, it is while for me to play with ZWave, but without device available, im unable to test it properly :frowning:
