Netatmo Welcome : long delay after motion has been detected

I’d like to use the motion detection of my Netatmo Welcome (Smart Indoor Camera) to trigger a flow.
The flow itself is very simple:
WHEN Motion detected
THEN start flow
But there is a delay of about 20 sec. until the flow ist actually triggered after a person is passing the camera.
Is this a Netatmo thing or is Homey('s Netatmo App) the bottleneck?
Any idea to fix this?

It’s a Netatmo thing. I had one too, it is very veeery slow.

This is pretty crap. I had a package stolen because of this, got the notification as the guy was walking off :((((
