Homey Running Slow?

I have several flows using motion to turn on lights or door sensors to disable AC ect and recently they have all slowed down tremendously.

As an example, for the motion activation I see the device blink when it senses motion then 5-10 seconds later the lights turn on. Until ~30 days ago this used to happen instantaneously. This is with two separate flows and different motion sensors and lights.

Its seems unlikely that the devices or flows are the issues now given nothing has really changed. Anyone have any ideas or things to check?

I do recognize your description.
I have since several days also extremely slower and delayed reaction from Homey. With switching off and on light, but also in connection with app or browser, it is really less fast as before

This is one of the symptoms why some people reboot their Homey on a daily basis.

Maybe you have to many Apps installed for the amount of memory of your Homey

After some network issues and a lot of rebooting the problem seems to be solved.

Now I am running both WIFI and Ethernet connection. I hope this solve the issue. If the problem reoccur, I will have a closer look.

About numer of apps, I can not image that. I have not so much running and approx 50% is free.

For clarity both my memory and storage are at about 50% capacity. The bulk of my storage 1.1GB is being used for “Swap” which I assume of some type of Homey OS or cache.

I do reboot my Homey regularly when it gets really slow, but in general this is an issue only about 1 month old. Prior to this it was running great.
