I have one Neo Coolcam wall plug which does not show the used energy (W, kWh and A) values only the voltage.
How can I reset this?
Which version do you have? V1 has those options, V2 i am not sure. Thought i read somwhere it has not this option.
I had that too with my last 2 plugs. I just unpaired them and added them again to solve it.
What did you do to repair it
Beware with Neo Coolcam wallplugs, received 10 last week and 5 of them blew up/short circuit the moment I plugged them in.

Remove the device and add it again. 
I also have 2 of 4 that burned through
