Hi!
I am struggling to include Namron zigbee edge thermostat in my Homey Pro 23
I have several zigbee units, also Namron units, that works just fine.
The Namron thermostats adds in as random zigbee unit, with no feedback or control.
Have tried 100 times, and have resetted repeatedly but no success. What to do.
Have also checked the thermostats for OTA upgrade…
What to do next?

If not, then your specific device is likely not supported.

Yes, the model is specifally listed in the Namron app
It might be that your model has a different hardware ID than the one supported by the app (e.g. if your model is a revised version). Then the app does not recognize your device and Homey adds it as a generic device. I suggest you contact the developer.
