I have a Homey Pro running lates firmware (v12.2.1). I have just bought the GU10 White (3802965) and Colour (3802967) and are unable to add them to Homey. I can add them to other gateways, so the bulbs are working. I have one Zigbee device connected to Homey and that was added without any problems…

Try a reboot or PtP of your Homey.
