My new Homey Pro Mini crashes on startup

Hello,

I just bought the new Homey Pro Mini. As soon as I took it out of the box, I connected the power and the network cable. The white light started pulsing, and after 3–4 minutes it turned into a pulsing red light. I waited several more minutes, but nothing happened—no sign of life.

I tried again, but the same thing happened: still the pulsing red light. I changed the power adapter, the cable, the power outlet, tried different network ports and configurations—nothing works.

I’m stuck and not sure what else to do. Can you help me?
