Homey Pro Mini Error - Homey is offline. Please check your network connection and retry

All morning I’ve been getting the following error when trying to connect to my Homey Mini Pro:

Homey is offline.

Please check your network connection and retry

It blinks white for a minute or 2, then turns solid white, then blinks red, then starts blinking white again. I have tried the following:

  • Restarting the device
  • Using a different power cable
  • connecting to a different switch
  • trying a different ethernet cable
  • Power cycled my router

Nothing seems to work. I can see it on my router getting a valid IP address. This is pretty frustrating. I’ve had the Homey Mini Pro for about a month, and this is the 2nd time this happened. Honestly not even sure how I fixed it last time, but now I’ve had no access to my smart home functionality for hours. Kind of defeats the purpose. Any thoughts?

Installing firmware again might help, the menu item’s called “Update software”:
