I can verify that very affordable Avatto Matter Thermostat works with Homey through Matter.
Advice:
Before installing, take a photo of matter id on the back with high quality camera and zoom, those stickers are the worst possible quality and difficult to read when it’s hanging on the wall on it’s wire..
