Since the latest Homey patch my app becomes completely unresponsive after running on the background for a couple of minutes. After 10 sec of a rotation loading wheel, it pops to this screen and becomes unresponsive.
Only option is killing it fully and reboot the app.
Nothing has changed in my Android, no updates, no adjust power management or whatever.
I cleared cache, reinstalled it, but nothing works. Any suggestions?
What version and build is the latest ypu have?

I have a similar issues. The app becomes unusable all the time. It happens the most after a few seconds when I open a camera stream. The app freezes or just closes. My app version is 9.7.1.1882 and my android version is 16 and I’m running the Self-Hosted Server on version 12.12.0.
I’ve deleted cache, app data and even reinstalled the app but it keeps happening.
My Homey SHS is now on 13.0 and my app is now on 9.9.0.1950. The app is still unusable on my android (oneplus 13R running android 16). Anyone know how to fix this cause the app is unusable for a month now!
I’m currently on 9.9.0.1954, still same issue. After the app runs on background for 2 minutes it loads this earlier posted screen and becomes unresponsive.
What android version and phone do you use? I’m using a oneplus 13R running android 16 (oxygen OS 16.0.5.701).
I’m running android 12, MIUI Global 13.0.16.0 stable version.
Issues started when the Homey App version hit 9.7.1.1882 and newer. Older version never had issues.
I had a reply from support. After the latest version, removing the app, reboot and reinstalling fixes the issue.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t work for me.
I’ll contact support as well.
