I am using the klikaanklikuit ACDB-7000B for a while with no problems until a few days ago.
The issue: in advanced flows the card is not available enymore (grayed out)
I tried removing it and repaired it with Homey, that works fine. I then made a flow with the card “when button is pressed’ something should happen. That works as well. But as soon as I save the changes and refress the webpage, the card is grayed out again. What am I missing?
When flow cards gray out, it means either the device is unavailable (but that’s not the case here: Homey can’t detect 433MHz devices);
Or,
the app paused or crashed.
I’d say install the KaKu app again from the app store (without removing it prior to that!) https://homey.app/a/nl.klikaanklikuit/
Problem is still there. I noticed the exact same issue with a kaku doorbell. I removed the doorbell (maybe they were intervering with each other) but that did not solve the issue.
I don’t understand. You are now refering to Shelly. The problem is with Kaku.
Today I found out that all my Kaku wireless bells are not working anymore. The bell it self and the transmitters are grayed out in my flows. (ACDB-7000B and 7000C). Seems like there is no support anymore altough it is still listed in the supported items.
Yes I know your problem is with KaKu. The Shellly issue is very similar, that’s why I think something could be wrong with the app system, instead of KaKu only.
If you didn’t already, I recommend to contact the KaKu app developer, Athom. As you can find on the app page at app store, they prefer to contact them per https://homey.app/support.
