Jasco / GE/ Honeywell / UltraPro

I have variations of the Jasco switches and dimmers under the banners of GE, Honeywell and UltraPro, all Zwave Plus. My issue is with the non Jasco-GE dimmers in HomeyPro2023. Mainly smart speaker commands to change to a different dim level. Also a dim level above 50% at any level looks like 50%. Does anyone know if it is possible to reflash the firmware on the Honeywell and UltraPro dimmers to GE? And if so how? Or is there a contract on here that handles the GE Homey App? tyia
