You can add several Aqara devices to a Xiaomi hub and then add that hub to Homey so it’s devices become available in homey too.
But:
- You will have to use a Xiaomi hub and therefor the Xiaomi phone app on your phone to control it
- Only some hubs are supported. I use the one with partnumber DGNWG02LM.
- The developer of the app you have to use (link) is ending his support for now. The app will continue to work though; see here.
- Not all Aqara devices are supported, see a list here. The Aqara Water Leak Sensor sensor_wleak.aq1 is listed as supported.
- No guarantees
It’s a bit of work and you will require an additional hub if the one you have now is not supported. The DGNWG02LM I have doesn’t have to be expensive though and is probably also available second-hand. But it might be your best shot at having the device available in both Homey and another hub/environment
But why do you want the device in both environments?
(The above is also a way to connect Aqara/Xiaomi Zigbee devices over LAN to your Homey)
