It looks like its working (thermostat), however what I did notice is that the homey nest thermostat (configured through this plugin) does not update/reflect changes made on the Nest itself.

You sure? I just got charged 133.85 NOK from Google using the community app w/ my nest door bell. Guess they charge by the amount of data pulls from the nest products?
Or am I wrong… 
I would really like Nest (Thermostat & Protect) integration with my Homey Bridge.
