iOS Homey app freezes in My Flows screen

I have a problem with my Homey app on all my ios devices regardless of ios version when using My Flows screen. I can select the screen and a map but then the app freezes. I have to force quit the app to reactivate it. I already tried reinstalling app but that doesn’t help. Since it happens on all ios devices irrespective of ios version, it appears to be a problem with the Homey Pro device itself perhaps? The only way now I can see, make or edit flows is using a browser on a computer.

Anyone has this problem as well?

Maybe try accessing your flows via the web app and make a change over there, like adding a folder or a flow. Does it then work again on the mobile app?

Yes, same problem. However it does work in the web interface.

Running IOS 18.7.

That’s for now the only way to change or edit flows. It doesn’t make a difference for ios. It always freezes the app.

Good to know I’m not the only one. Did you report it to support by any chance?

Maybe try to remove and reinstall the mobile app?

Same @ Android 15. I mostly use the web app on my phone, it’s “10 times” faster as well.
But it’s a shame, 5y ago it was the slowest app on my phone, and it still is, despite all updates and newer (quicker) phones. I sort of got used to it.
But the damn app freezes after I’ve waited for 5 minutes for something to appear is no fun.

I reported to support a few times, but then “I’m the first person with this problem”
