Since 2 days the Homey app is not able to start a flow when i press the round green “play” button to the left of the flow name. It is possible to open the context menu (long press) and run it from there though.
I have a homey 2023, both the app and homey were updated to the latest version, iphone is running iOS 18.3.2.
Restarting the app, rebooting the iphone and rebooting Homey did not solve the issue.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?
What mobile app version and build number do you use?
I guess 9.2.1 the 4digit number the the build version.
Check for an update and if that doesn’t solve it

I have the same problem, just on iphone, not on ipad.

I am having the same problem on both my iPhone and iPad. Both are running version 9.2.1.1734 of the Homey app, and both on iOS version 18.3.2
Same here. Advanced flows wont start manually. Found an old trick to make them favorite. Checked and idd, the flow starts. Serious bug! So the the problem was reported some years ago, repaired and back again…
EDIT:
The flows in the app (Iphone) have a play button, this does not work and it is a bug for sure
There are 2 ways to make the flow start manually;
#1
Long press the right side of the flow in the list, it will show some options, one of them is play, and the flow will start.
#2
Make the flow favorite, and it will start.
I got a message yesterday that they received more reports about this issue, and are investigating it.
