I have been using Aqara presence sensor PF2 for some time now. It’s very usefull, bu I do have had som problems with the integration with Homey useng the HomeKit Controller app After som days absence from home I discovered that tit didn’t work when arriving home.
I tried to restart all my comonents but that didn’t help. So I deleted the device fra Homey. I have removed it from the Aqaara app too an reinstalled it. Dif also manage to install it i Homey after several times trying, but it didn’t work in Homey, but worked i the Aqara app. Th last time I did that the installation prosess doesn’t find the device. In my router I see that it has got an IP adress. Pinging it from my PC showed very long responce time and partially not responsing at all. But after more restart of the router av waiting some days this problem is no longer present. Pinging now has 50-600ms responcetime.
The sensor does now work the Aqara app, but I don’t find it trying to install it i Homey.
Can anybody help me installing it?
Update: after som hours, the install prosess did discover the device an I could continue. When I had entered the PIN code under the device I got this error message: “Connection refused, power cycle and please try to add after”.
Turning power off and the on again made it possible til continue after entering tha PIN code and the device was installed i Homey.
But it’s showing a red triangle in the upper right corner of the device tile; “device not available”
