Insights of a deleted device

Hi

One of my Aqara temperature & humidity sensor died recently. I deleted it from my devices.
Now I realised that the tracked data could be actually quite helpful, but it doesn’t show up anymore in Insights (duh).

Is that tracked data permanently deleted, or is there a way to bring it back to insights?

Maybe it’s still in a backup? (Just a long shot).
And for future use, there are several apps to export Insights data.
