Input Time from User prompt

Is it possible to get user input of a time and have that time be used as a When trigger in a flow?
Maybe with Homey Script?

Peter, thats weird, in the email version of your reply I get a discussion and example flow based around advanced triggers, yet when I visit the topic I get a discussion about using Telegram to ask what time to start as input. I’m assuming I would need to use both aspects for the solution?

I almost never use email for this forum.
