Innr SP120 smart plugs problem

The usual:

  • restart the app
  • restart Homey
  • PTP Homey
  • if you’re still using the original power supply that came with your Homey, replace it with something better
  • if that doesn’t work: change Zigbee channel
  • if that doesn’t work: Zigbee network reset
  • if that doesn’t work: full reinstall of firmware with original data
