I have a issue that multiple INNR GU10 lights can’t connect to my homey pro mini. I already have multiple INNR lights connected without any problem. But 4 of the tunable white lights I can’t connect to home and get the same error everytime. I already resetted the lights multiple times and Homey can find them but not fully connect with them. also Homey pro reboot didn’t work. resetted the innr app didn’t work.
I also tried to connect the innr lights back to my hue bridge, that was possible without a problem, but I want to get rid of the Hue bridge so it’s not a structural option for me.
Do you have any other Zigbee devices connected to your Homey?
There is a known issue with some INNR bulbs where they may fail to pair if they are the first Zigbee device being connected to Homey. However, if there is already another Zigbee router (for example a powered Zigbee device like a smart plug or bulb) in the network, the bulbs usually pair without any issues.
This behavior is related to a firmware issue in the Silicon Labs Zigbee chipset used by us. We are currently working together with both INNR and Silicon Labs to resolve this.
Recently, there are frequent reports that Zigbee devices cannot be paired, not just INNR devices. For example, I am having problems pairing a Shelly Flood Gen4 sensor via Zigbee. I have tried everything except resetting the Zigbee network, which I will attempt in the next few days.
Hi, not sure how I can check this. what I have noticed looking at the developer tool is that there are 4 unknown Nodes from innr. that are the bulbs I fail to connect to homey.
