I received a new Homey Pro today.
Current software version: 12.7.0
Available: 12.11.0
When I first turned it on, I got a message saying new software was available. I started the update, and then the LED began flashing and rotating purple. The update indicator on my phone remains at 0% and doesn’t change.
What can I do?

I’ve already reset the device as described in Undertaker’s instructions and have also established a USB connection.
This status has remained unchanged for half an hour. It's the same when I do the same thing on my phone.
