Impossible to connect

Hi,

Tried to connect but when I populate my credentials the system stops after the password => error message as follows: ‘There was a problem - Enter a valid email or mobile number’

I’m sure what I entered was/is correct. So can someone help please?

@borssie @Rmb It might not help but when I wrote the message I was on the topic related to my question… sorry for this but I’m not familiar with the forum as I’m a newcomer It looks I made a mistake raising a new topic

So to get back on the subject: the system remains idle with the error message previously shown despite I filled in the correct information in Alexa application for Homey Pro Cannot access it through my Homey box

I did it from my mobile phone and from my computer: on my computer the system is Google Chrome

I can add a snapshot if required
