ALexa has stopped connecting to Amazon

Hello Homey Support,

I am unable to connect Amazon Alexa to my Homey Pro (EU).

When attempting to link Alexa (via Homey app or my.homey.app), the process fails during the “Connecting” stage and returns the error:

“Error: error is not defined”

This occurs consistently across:

  • Android phone
  • Android tablet
  • Windows browser (my.homey.app)

This confirms the issue is not device-specific and appears to be a server-side OAuth failure.

Environment details:

  • Homey Pro: EU version
  • Homey firmware: latest available
  • Alexa region: United Kingdom
  • Homey region selected: Europe (EU)
  • Error occurs after successful login and permission approval

Please reset my Alexa OAuth state or advise if there is a current Alexa integration outage affecting EU/UK users.

In case you use an Alexa app instead of the Alexa integration, you’d contact the app developers, as mentioned on the app page at the homey.app store.

In general: according to the many Alexa problem posts, there seems to be something going wrong between A and H.
