Homey Pro 2023 Zigbee performance issue

This isn’t a Zigbee issue but a Homey issue: Homey simply cannot send commands to multiple devices at the same time without some random commands getting lost. This has been an issue for years now, so we have to assume it cannot be fixed. You can try using an app like < group > to work around the problem, as that has the option to introduce delays in between the commands when controlling multiple devices.

Which group type have you used ?

Also when you control that single bulb, is it also responding after 2-3 sec ?

I think the 2.4g on homey is channel 25. it dosent sound right that the homey channel is 25

Do you mean Zigbee channel, not 2.4 GHz Wifi channel… based on your screenshot there is no interference.

Do not play with Zigbee channel, you would mostly end up with manual repair of all lights.
