yes i can confirm you procedure with the GRILLPLATS, they are working without Hub…see my post here…Question about Matter ( connected via Apple Homepod) - #13 by Rammstein
At that point, we see some feedback here. I did find some more postings here in the community and elsewhere arround the Web.
Seems, you can have a bunch of IKEA devices without any trouble.
Or even with trouble, don´t get a single one working.
I am in touch with Athom support since yesterday (likely round 3 tomorrow).
I will update the post, as we come to a conclusion.
