Ikea tretakt 2-way communication or not?

Does anyone know if the IKEA Tratakt plug uses 2-way communication?

It is zigbee…

I know. but when is shut off the device with the button, homey does not recognise the plug is swiched off. So it does not seem to work hou its suppose to be then.

Contact the app developer.

any success ?

I have the same issue. Is there a known solution?

I am also experiencing this problem. I have contacted the app developer (Athom).

Which firmware are yours running? I am experiencing the same problem but was thinking to buy an Ikea bridge to update the firmware…

I received the following reaction on my support ticket;

"Thank you for reaching out to our support!

When you operate the button on your IKEA plug, it does not automatically update its status to Homey. When it comes to power sockets, especially Zigbee power sockets their behavior differs.

For instance using this same button on the Trust ZCC-3500 does update Homey immediately, The INNR SP-240 behaves the same as your Ikea device, while yet again other models update this status with a varying delay.

In other words, this is device speciific behaviour and not something within our control."

So the tiny button is not supported

Always interesting how these devices seem to work perfectly fine on all other platforms though.

Athom can’t just say

somehow. As if we’re all morons…
Often coming up with some vague story why others apparently don’t program their stuff as should
