I cant find a way to turn on/off thoose devices i know they are old but would be nice to find a way

There is no app for IKEA Koppla,
This one is 433 MHz so it could be possible to create an app. You have to find a developer that has them and wants to spend time on it, but afaik these are not that much used ( at least in the Netherlands)
