I would like to retire my Hubitat and only use my Homey Pro

I have a number of items in my Hubitat that I am unable to migrate to my new Homey Pro (I love it) due to drivers or apps being unavailable.

1. I have 8 motorized Graber (Springs Window Fashions) zwave shades, unfortunately no drivers.
2. I have 5 Yale Assure lock sets, there is no Lock Code Manager available. I need to add and remove people regularly. It would be a major chore to manage these manually at the individual locks.
3. I have 5 “First Alert” zwave smoke and CO detectors, unfortunately no drivers

Question 1 … If you know of a resolution to the 3 items listed above, I would be very greatful if you share.

Question 2 … I don’t mind leaving my Hubitat running, is there any way to view the Hubitat devices within Homey so that I can monitor / control them within Homey and so that I can use them within Flows?

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
