Hi. Trying to connect a Hue Outdoor Sensor but Homey can’t recognize the device and adds it as an “Unknown Zigbee Device”. Can someone please help me out?
I don’t have a hue bridge
The app Philips Hue without bridge is installed
The Homey has been restarted
I’ve tried deactivate the app and restart it
Try adding it as occupancy sensor
Hi Peter. Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried this as well but Homey keep saying it was unable to find the Homey-app for this unit and will add it as an unknown Zigbee device.
That means it’s not supported. You should ask the developer of the app to add support for it.
I have the same issue. I am unable to connect the hue outdoor sensor to homey. The app does not work.
When you read a bit longer than 1 minute,

I did try that too. My sensor is New, maybe this is not supported by the app.

You are using the Hue without the bridge app?
Install this experiment-app instead. Worked for me.
