Hue; Unable to pair lamp or sensor

I am not a Homey newbe but new to Philips Hue. I bougt a lamp and an outdoor sensor, installed the Hue app (3.0.11 beta) at my Homey, and thought that I could pair both to Homey without using a Hue Bridge. Trying to install both devices the Hue app only gives “no bridge found” as response. So I could not pair any device at all. What is going wrong, or what am I doing wrong?

There are two Hue apps:

  • this one, which can be used to pair Hue devices with Homey directly
  • this one, which requires a Hue bridge

I think you installed the wrong app.
