I bought a box with the APC3-2300R and 3 pluggs. years ago I installed several things wthin flows, but this one does not succed. I want every plug to work where i plug it in with any apparatus i want to use. Can you tell me step by step?

Hi @Anjo_Schuite ,
I merely understand, what you have tried and what you are looking for.

Where else can it work?. If the apparatus works, depends on the apparatus and the power requested.
By description the plugs are designed for lights. If you want to use it for other devices at least the power should be compliant (max 2300W) and the device should continue to work, if the power is interrupted and reconnected.

If all this is OK I would guess:

  • Install the Trust App
  • Add the four devices (each plug and the remote control) and give them unique names.
  • Create your flows
  • If you have issues with creating flows ask here again. If you have issues with the integration of the devices, ask in the thread for the Trust App [APP] Trust Smart Home by Athom
    Hope that helps
    Dirk

As you give no clue what goes wrong, how can we help you?
Did you install KlikAanKlikUit App voor Homey | Homey ?

Assuming you paired the plugs with your Homey:

  • Are you able to control the plugs directly via their device tile in the Homey app?
  • Are the plugs within range of your Homey?

Of course I did. As I said: I installed (years ago) different apparatus and flows. This doe not succeed.
What I in between saw is that the plugs has the same name as the remote control. Now I both put in the apparatus list. But the flow does not work. Do I have to install all the 3 plugs? Do I install everybutiton of the remote control?

You can install 1,2 or 3 plugs of the APC3-2300R set. You can install the remote of the APC3-2300R, but that is not required. You can not install individual buttons of the remote.
So show a screen print of your flow and answer @SunBeech questions please.

Hi Anjo,
it seems to be clear for you, but not for anybody, who cannot see your installation.

To you, of course you did, but you did not tell us.

Which devices did you install. Are they Trust devices, or even APC3-2300R? Or are you just telling us, that managed to install some other devices, but did not succeed to install trust devices?

What is this, which does not succeed.

If you see that the plugs have the same name as the remote control, you obviously succeeded to install them. If these are other (formerly installed) devices of the same type, please rename them so every plug has a unique name.

Do I have to install all the 3 plugs?
I think so as they are three different devices. In some apps this is done automatically, in some apps you have one device with 3 sub switches (plugs) and 3 sub buttons. So check the properties of the devices you see. If in doubt ask the support as shown in the app description (it is Athom standard support, I guess)

*** Do I install every button of the remote control?***
That depends on the app, So if you are asked to push the relevant button, I guess you have to install every button. But some apps integrate all 3 buttons in one device. So check the properties of the devise after the (first) installed item or ask the support.
