I managed to get my tuya devices into home with Tuya Cloud app, but my thermostats (radiators) have very weird temp range:
Anybody has solved this issue or is it just range interpretation e.g. 1 deg in homey represents 1/2 deg of the thermostat range?

You can consider switching to the Tuya app by Athom.
I would love to but that on does not support my electric floor heating and i have to restart the app more then once because he does not sync. I managed to renew for six months again.

is this tuya integration still working? I can download the app, I did get my API key etc from iot.tuya.com, but when trying to login in the homey app settings I get code 1106. Permission Deny
Nevermind, I got it to work. folllowed the tutorial video mentioned in the start of this topic once more carefully and now it is working!
So, it looks like the official Tuya app from Athom is dead, maybe a casualty in the global trade war, maybe it just came down to money.
And lots of people find the 6-monthly Renewal of the Tuya cloud permissions a nuisance. Who knows, next time they might refuse my application?
Before moving to Homey I used HomeSeer. And they also had a Tuya ‘plugin’. To use this there was no need for API and 6 monthly renewal. The plug-in took your Tuya login details (as a user, not a developer) and then went off and ‘harvested’ your devices from the Tuya website. It then returned a list of the devices it found. You then had the option of adding some or all of them as HomeSeer devices.
Might this be a way forward?
Yea, Home Assistant has the same kind of Tuya integration, supported by Tuya.
It just comes down to scanning a QR code from the mobile Tuya app, and a few moments later all of your Tuya devices appear in H.A.
Not sure what you mean. Tuya WiFi products & Homey are doomed, when Tuya changes or closes the (free use of the) API to the iot developer cloud.
The Athom founders online talked negative about Tuya (products). I do not see the Athom/Homey company doing anything for Tuya or Tuya WiFi products in general anymore.
The Tuya Cloud community app isn’t actively maintained, no new developer(s) in sight yet.
