Homeykit in combination with multiple IOS devices

I’m using homeykit in cobination with my own iphone and my own apple-id. I’d like to provide the buttons to a different iphone and a different apple-id as well. After connecting to Homeykit with the extra iphone, the buttons appear but stay inactive. The can’t be activated.

My question is whether it’s possible to connect multimple IOS devices with multiple apple-id’s to the same Homeykit?

Yes, you need a HomeKit Gateway like an IPad or Apple TV or HomePod.
Than, you as an owner can send an invitation to another users.
