Homey shows target temperature instead of current temperature for Matter thermostat

I have two Connected Thermostat UTE 3000 (Eberle) devices that correctly report the current room temperature. However, in Homey’s standard tiles, I only see the target temperature, not the actual room temperature.

In the device settings, I don’t have the option to switch the status indicator for this Matter device. When I switch to large tiles, both the target and current temperatures are shown.

Is there any way to make the regular tiles display the current (room) temperature instead of the target temperature?

That’s by default for device class Thermostat, and it’s not adjustable.

But there are a lot of thermostats with sensors out there and i’m more interested the current temperature, because i already know the target temperature … This limitation makes no sense to me
